At family business De Pollensehoeve horse retirement home, everything revolves around peace, attention, and trust. As a family business, we find personal contact highly important. After all, you are entrusting us with the care of your horse — a precious animal with whom you have often built a special bond over many years. We believe that proper horse care goes beyond nutrition and housing. It starts with attention, daily observation, and an environment in which horses can live in complete peace. That is why we deliberately work on a small, structured scale and with familiar faces on the farm.

In addition, we are always open to consultation. No horse is the same, and every situation requires custom solutions. Together, we look at what best suits your horse and your wishes as an owner.
De Pollensehoeve is situated on the edge of the Veluwe, in the heart of a peaceful and rural setting. On and around our grounds, we have spacious pastures, paddocks, and fresh stables where horses can reside in complete peace. Because all the pastures are close to our farm, we can easily provide daily supervision and act quickly whenever necessary.
WE BELIEVE HORSES SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE HORSES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Free movement, fresh air, social contact, and peace form the foundation of our philosophy. With this in mind, we have designed De Pollensehoeve: organized, quiet, and fully focused on the well-being of the horse. Whether a horse is staying with us temporarily or long-term, we always strive to provide a safe and familiar environment.
